Hexatoria

Privacy Policy

Updated: October 10, 2026. Applies to Hexatoria 1.1.0 and later; earlier offline-only versions do not use the multiplayer services described below.

Offline games and settings remain on your device. Online play is optional. When you open online mode, Firebase Authentication creates a persistent anonymous user ID without asking for your name, email, or password.

For online games, Google Firebase stores user IDs, room and invitation codes, map and match settings, readiness and connection status, timestamps, moves, and results. These records are linked to the anonymous ID and allow authentication, invitations, synchronization, reconnection, and enforcement of turn limits. Match data is shared with your opponent. Firebase processes IP addresses and user-agent information for service operation and security.

We do not use advertising, analytics, IDFA, cross-app tracking, or sell data. Google Firebase provides Authentication and Realtime Database; the game database is in europe-west1. Google may process service data in other locations under its Firebase terms. App Store and Google Play process downloads and purchases under their own policies.

Local data stays until cleared or the app is removed. Anonymous authentication records and online match history currently have no automatic deletion schedule and remain until deleted by the developer. Closing a room or uninstalling the app does not erase server records. Firebase retains authentication IP logs for a few weeks under its own policy.
